You must arrive 2 days before your start date at the KONA airport. If you have your QuantiFERON TB test (QFT-GIT) certificate, then you will attend Orientation on your scheduled start date.

Position Overview
As a member of the Clean Team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. This is a physically demanding role that requires energy, attention to detail, and a positive service attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service: Greet guests immediately with a friendly, sincere acknowledgment; respond promptly to special requests.
Room & Suite Cleaning: Make beds, dust, vacuum, clean mirrors and furniture, empty trash, wash windows and tracks.
Bathroom Cleaning: Sanitize toilets, showers, floors, mirrors, and walls; change linens and towels; restock bathroom amenities.
Public Areas: Clean and vacuum hallways, restrooms, lobbies, and other common areas; empty trash bins.
Laundry & Supplies: Restock guest rooms, supply carts, and linen closets as needed; assist in laundry if requested.
Balconies & Grounds: Clean balconies (if applicable) and assigned outdoor/common areas.
Maintenance Reporting: Inspect rooms for needed repairs or non-functioning fixtures and report deficiencies to management.
Other Duties: Assist in additional tasks or other departments as assigned by management
Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, lift, and push a 50lb/35kg housekeeping cart for extended periods. Must not be sensitive to cleaning chemicals, soaps, or lotions.
Capable of performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Additional Opportunities
Overtime may be required during peak business periods. Additional hours may be available in food service if you have a negative TB test result on file (QuantiFERON®-TB Gold test required). If you cannot complete this test in your home country, you may take it in Hawaii; however, this may delay your eligibility to begin food service shifts.

Scheduling: Your schedule and days off may differ from friends’. No guarantee of hours—be prepared for busy and slower periods.
Employees may be sent home early if business levels are low. Mandatory Pre-Arrival Requirements
To begin work, the following tasks must be completed before arrival or immediately upon arrival:
Bring $794.91 USD for initial housing costs ($500 security deposit + $294.91 + tax for first half month’s rent). Complete the Hilton Waikoloa online application within 2 weeks of being placed in the job. Complete your Social Security card application online approximately 10 to 20 days before flying to the USA. TB Test: If possible, complete your QuantiFERON®-TB Gold test in your home country.
